When you submit the contact form on this site, the following is stored so Krishna Pedraja can respond to you:

This information is stored securely on the site's server and is not shared with any third party, except as described below for spam protection and message delivery.

Spam Protection — Cloudflare Turnstile

To prevent automated bots from abusing the contact form, this site uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. When you submit the contact form, Turnstile processes a small set of technical signals from your browser — your IP address, TLS fingerprint, browser user-agent, and the site key associated with this page — solely to determine whether the submission is coming from a human or a bot.

Cloudflare states that it cannot directly identify individuals from these signals, and that they are used only for bot detection and to improve that detection over time. This site acts as the data controller for the contact form itself; Cloudflare acts as a data processor for the purpose of securing this form, and separately as a controller when it uses these signals to improve Turnstile's underlying bot-detection technology.

Message Delivery

When you submit the contact form, a notification is sent to Krishna Pedraja via WhatsApp and/or email so your message can be seen and responded to promptly. This delivery uses a private, self-hosted connection — your message is not routed through any third-party marketing or CRM platform.

Cookies & Local Storage

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A small number of technical cookies may be set:

A session cookie when logging into the site's administrative area (not applicable to regular visitors)
Cookies set by Cloudflare Turnstile, strictly to perform the bot-detection check described above

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained so past inquiries can be referenced, and are deleted at Krishna Pedraja's discretion. You may request deletion of your submitted information at any time using the contact details below.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you've submitted through this site by contacting Krishna Pedraja directly. Regarding Cloudflare's own processing of Turnstile signals, inquiries can be directed to Cloudflare's Data Protection Officer at dpo@cloudflare.com.

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in how the site operates. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
